The Systems Architect at Redzone is a critical, customer-facing role responsible for managing and executing the lifecycle of data integration projects. Serving as a hybrid Technical Project Manager and Integrations Specialist, you will guide customers through the discovery, planning, configuration, and deployment of reliable data pipelines between Redzone and their third-party systems (such as ERPs or CMMS platforms). This role requires a technical generalist who excels at driving project milestones, managing customer relationships, and using platform tools, including AI-assisted middleware tools like Boomi, to perform hands-on configurations.
