product and systems architecture experience, Experience building or architecting real-world deployed products, Ability to work across hardware, software, cloud, data, AI, and field operations, product judgment, technical judgment, Ability to create clear specifications from ambiguous requirements, communication skills with founders, engineers, commercial teams, and partners, English fluency, Experience with payment-adjacent systems, Experience with machine telemetry, Experience with operator dashboards, Experience with fleet monitoring, Experience with self-service hardware, Experience with AI agents, Experience with conversational interfaces, Experience with recommendation systems, Experience with automation workflows, Experience working with OEMs, Experience working with industrial partners, Experience working with retail technology companies, Experience working with hardware manufacturers, Experience as a founder, Experience as a CTO, Experience as a head of product, Experience as a principal engineer, Experience as an early technical/product leader
