Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of SAP S/4 Fashion OTC processes, including order management, delivery, billing, returns, and logistics execution. Define and configure core SAP SD/OTC functionalities such as pricing, credit management, output control, and account determination. Drive integration across SAP S/4, SAP CAR, CPI, EDI, and third-party platforms, ensuring seamless data and process flow. Conduct fit-to-standard workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state process designs. Support omnichannel capabilities including real-time inventory visibility, POS integration, and customer experience enhancements. Prepare WRICEF specifications, functional documentation, test strategies, and deployment/cutover plans. Lead integration testing, defect analysis, and post-go-live stabilization activities. Collaborate with vendors, data teams, and EDI partners to ensure successful solution delivery. Mentor junior analysts and support governance, risk mitigation, and delivery quality across workstreams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field. 8+ years of SAP OTC/SD experience covering end-to-end implementations (order management, billing, returns, pricing, logistics, and reporting). Strong expertise in advanced SAP SD configuration including pricing logic, contract management, credit management (FSCM), and output control (BRF+). Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Fashion or apparel industry environments. Experience with SAP CAR and integration platforms (SAP CPI, EDI, IDoc monitoring). Proven background in integration testing, cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare support. Experience with Syniti (2+ years) for data migration activities. Strong knowledge of omnichannel retail processes and real-time inventory solutions.
