SYSTEMS ANALYST, SUPPLY CHAIN (STARLINK) SpaceX is developing a low latency, broadband internet system to meet the needs of consumers across the globe. Enabled by a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites, Starlink will provide fast, reliable internet to populations with little or no connectivity, including those in rural communities and places where existing services are too expensive or unreliable. As a Systems Analyst within the Starlink program you will analyze, develop, and implement tactical and strategic business processes for the supply chain group to create high impact, efficient, economical solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and analyze key performance indicators related to supply chain, especially inventory levels, lead times, supply coverage, demand fluctuations, and capacity utilization (includes developing planning models and decision-making tools) Create dashboards, models, and other reporting tools to enable strategic visibility across supply chain, production, cross functional teams, and leadership Identify inefficient workflows and develop scripts to automate tactical steps Track, report, and proactively manage production efficiency improvements (e. g. supply chain initiatives and process optimizations) Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on supply chain analysis to optimize both supplier and internal processes Demonstrate innovation, technical excellence, attention to detail, self-direction, and courage Drive for results and customer satisfaction by collaborating
