To support our mission, we are seeking a Systems Analyst III to join the Unemployment Insurance Administration and Operational Support (UIA&OS) team. This position will have an on-site work schedule in Fort Worth, Texas at 301 W 13th Street. TWC is not considering applications from individuals who require sponsorship for an employment visa, including those currently on student or postgraduate visas. You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas. WHO YOU ARE: The ideal candidate must be skilled to perform complex (journey-level) computer systems analysis work. They are an integral member of the team ensuring that all systems are operational, and that staff have the software and functioning equipment needed to serve our customers. Work involves desktop, application and telephone support to on-site and remote users in a call center and office environment. Works under minimal supervision, with limited to moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. The ideal candidate for this position should have direct work experience with desktop applications, telephony, and computer support to multiple users. This is a career ladder position with the opportunity to advance within the established career ladder structure after meeting minimum qualifications, competency requirements, and time in position.
