You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas. WHO YOU ARE: A highly detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong commitment to public service and ensuring quality customer service. You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply technical knowledge resolving system related issues. You are a proactive and collaborative team player, dedicated to supporting the mission of the Workforce Automation and Technical support area at the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC).   WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Systems Analyst II performs moderately complex (journey-level) computer systems analysis work. Works under general supervision, with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.   YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO: -Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of assigned program applications and tasks. Responds to phone and email inquiries within 24 hours with accurate and complete information in a user-friendly and understandable manner. Demonstrates a complete understanding of the application functionality and follows processes. -Analyze and test new or existing procedures, information systems, or utility programs for efficiency and effectiveness. -Design, modify, and implement new or revised systems to serve new purposes or improve workf
