Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, 2–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar requirements-focused role, ability to write clear user stories with actionable acceptance criteria, Solid understanding of Agile methodologies — Scrum or Kanban — and hands-on experience working in sprints, Proficiency with work management tools — JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar, Ability to understand technical systems at a functional level — APIs, databases, data pipelines, web applications — without needing to build them, communication skills — you can run a requirements session, facilitate a discussion, and write clearly, Organized and detail-oriented — you keep the backlog clean and stories well-documented, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities shift and speed matters
Nice to Have
Experience in pharma, life sciences, or manufacturing environments, Familiarity with data and AI/ML concepts, Experience working in innovation labs, prototyping teams, or startup-like environments, Familiarity with GPS/PDS domain systems — SAP, MES, LIMS, planning tools, Experience with Confluence or similar documentation platforms
