Join our team today! * Lead system analysis, design and implementation * Manage day-to-day operations to ensure integrity and availability of systems and data * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as identified through monitoring and incident/service requests from end-users * Analyze system performance, gather user feedback and recommend enhancements to optimize system efficiency and successful adoption * Gather requirements, analyze, create design documents, test and perform impact analysis for application changes and development * Design test cases, create test data, and execute testing/regression testing to ensure solutions are bug-free and meets required technical and business requirement
