Must Have
Experience with NABLE, Experience with Icinga, Experience with NCentral, Experience maintaining and patching firmware for server infrastructure, Experience maintaining and patching Server Operating Systems, Experience troubleshooting systems and infrastructure issues for managed services clients, Experience recording time on tickets and documenting work performed accurately, Experience creating and updating technical documentation, Experience communicating with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions, Experience collaborating with colleagues to determine processes that require improvement or can be handled more efficiently, Experience seeking customer feedback on performance and taking an active approach in attempting to continuously improve these results, Experience identifying problems or requests which don't have an existing process and collaborating with peers to develop and implement one, Experience taking ownership of day-to-day technology issues and dealing with external 3rd party organisations, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Willingness to take on work outside of comfort zone and be supported in learning new things, Keen interest in technology and a desire to ensure that all technology is functioning optimally, Comfortable with change, Willingness to learn new technology solutions and concepts to confidently liaise with staff and external vendors, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Attention to detail and organizational skills, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Valid Vulnerable People / Working with Children Check (WWCC), Valid Police Check

This role is critical in safeguarding the organization and its clients against vulnerabilities by maintaining compliance with patch management policies. The Patching Analyst will utilize advanced tools like NABLE to monitor, report, and troubleshoot patch deployments, while also maintaining clear communication with clients regarding any changes or issues that arise. This position demands a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic IT environment. **Requirements** **What you’ll be doing:** * Responsible for toolsets that monitor our customer environments.
