Assist with building MECM application packages
Deploy application packages to servers
Deploy application packages to workstations
Support installation of applications
Support installation of Windows OS
Support configuration of applications
Support configuration of Windows OS
Support patching of applications
Support patching of Windows OS
Help create standardized workstation images
Help maintain standardized workstation images
Support imaging for new system builds
Maintain automated application deployment packages
Perform basic troubleshooting of software distribution issues
Develop installation scripts
Modify installation scripts
Support OS deployments
Assist with COTS software configuration
Assist with GOTS software configuration
Escalate issues appropriately
Help maintain server STIG compliance
Coordinate with Information Assurance teams
Perform routine Active Directory tasks
Update users in Active Directory
Update groups in Active Directory
Manage OUs in Active Directory
