What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U. S. Citizenship required, 3 years' experience working in a Level 1 or higher support role, 4 + years of experience without a Degree, Experience heading up technical projects (research to implementation), Experience with endpoint management using Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment), Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred), Experience backing up Virtual Machines and data utilizing Veeam., Experience with security compliance frameworks (DFARS, NIST, PCI, HIPAA)
Nice to Have
CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 Level II certification or Microsoft Cloud certification preferred, Additional related Information Technology certifications preferred, Preferred experience with ITSM tools (e. g. , ServiceNow), Preferred experience with Microsoft Power Platform (eg. Power Bi, and Power Automate)
