This role is responsible for executing core administrative tasks across servers, cloud environments, and end-user systems while partnering with senior engineers, cybersecurity, and application teams. This is a **hands-on, execution-focused role** ideal for someone looking to grow within an enterprise IT environment while contributing to systems that directly support business operations. This position will report to the Sr. Director, Corporate Systems & Infrastructure. **Responsibilities** * System Maintenance: Installing, patching, and upgrading server operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software applications. * User Support & Administration: Creating, maintaining, and removing user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active Directory or Azure AD. * Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitoring system logs, performance metrics, and network connectivity to ensure uptime. * Backup & Security: Executing scheduled data backups, verifying data integrity, and performing restores when needed. * Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related tickets and incidents * Supporting and collaborating with senior engineers **Skills and Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related
