Role Summary: The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and securing the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures the reliable operation of systems, networks, and end-user environments through proactive management, troubleshooting, and deployment of hardware and software solutions. As an ideal team player, the Systems Administrator demonstrates a hungry, humble, and smart mindset—showing initiative, collaborating effectively, and exercising strong judgment in dynamic environments. The position also plays a critical role in asset lifecycle management, compliance, and adherence to government contracting (GovCon) and export control regulations, including ITAR and EAR requirements. Essential Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and monitor servers, workstations, and network systems. Perform system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.
