What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 + years of related experience, Top Secret/SCI Clearance, BAS degree or equivalent experience, DoW 8570 requirements, eligible for IAT level II (Security+ or equivalent) access upon hire, obtain ITIL V4 Foundation within six months of hire, ability to occasionally lift heavy items, e. g. HP printers, PCs, monitors, and etc.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting military and multinational customers, Experience with direct customer support for both internal and external customers, Experience with implementing and maintaining systems documentation, Knowledge of basic TCP/IP and networking concepts (layer-1 connectivity, DHCP, DNS troubleshooting), Basic Active Directory knowledge and familiarity, Familiarity with STIG Viewer, Batch scripting and/or Powershell a plus, ServiceNow experience a plus
What You'll Do.
Maintain and optimize computer system workflows
Deliver desktop support
Configure and ensure the reliable operation of operating systems
Image workstations and laptops
Maintain and update equipment drivers
Troubleshoot system/network hardware and software issues
Resolve network issues
Provide routine tech support for customers
Physically inspect and test fiber infrastructure
Monitor support tickets
Conduct hardware and software audits
Work with the Cybersecurity team with security violations
Collaborate with the logistics team to accurately account for hardware asset inventory
and technical guidance to end-users
Participate in special projects
