(CMiC) is a Software Development firm specializing in enterprise financial and cost management systems designed for the Construction and Engineering industries. **About the Role** We are looking for a Systems Administrator and Support Engineer who thrives at the intersection of end-user support and cloud infrastructure. In this hybrid role, you will be the go-to problem solver for our team, keeping desktops running smoothly, cloud platforms secure, and users productive. This is a hands-on position with real ownership. You will work on everything from a stuck laptop on someone's desk to identity policies in Entra ID, and you will have the freedom to suggest improvements as you spot them. **Important Information:** * The overall hiring salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. * This position is for an existing vacancy * We do not use AI to screen, assess, or select applicants **Responsibilities** **Desktop and End User Support (around 60 per cent)** You will be the first line of defence for technical issues across the company. That means diagnosing hardware faults, software glitches, and the occasional “it was working yesterday” mystery.
