(e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). ## Capabilities Configure and maintain Linux and Windows servers. Ability to automate processes such as device hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, system monitoring of Windows and Linux servers. Ability to climb ladders to install and troubleshoot sensor devices. Apply fixes, patches and upgrades in a timely fashion. Troubleshoot server issues. Administer customer accounts. Deploy monitoring tools. Deploy applications and tools. Assist with escalated customer tickets. ## Required Qualifications TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly Ten (10) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. ## Required Technical Skills Mid-level Windows and Linux server system administration experience and knowledge. Minimum of 1 year experience with each of these two operating systems. VMware architecture administration experience. Knowledge of physical and virtual servers. Application administration and troubleshooting skills. Security+ certification. ## Desired Technical Skills Hardware installation and cabling experience. •Monitoring tools.
