This role focuses on delivering structured test plans, configuring systems, solving issues, and ensuring products meet performance, reliability, and compatibility standards. You will work hands-on with server platforms, validation tools, and automation systems while contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires reliability, strong technical skills, and alignment with Micron’s core values: People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Customer Focus. **Responsibilities** * Execute DRAM validation test suites, including stress, margin, diagnostic, thermal, and reboot testing. * Configure and prepare server systems for testing (BIOS setup, memory installation, OS deployment, and environment setup). * Troubleshoot system failures, perform initial issue triage, document findings, and escalate to engineering teams as needed. * Accurately capture and report test results using Jira and internal tracking tools, ensuring complete data integrity with same-day reporting. * Maintain lab systems and readiness by performing daily checks and supporting hardware improvements. * Use Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, presentation software, OneNote, Excel) to document procedures, track progress, and communicate updates. * Apply knowledge of server platforms (Intel, AMD, ARM), BIOS configurations, Linux command-line tools, and validation software to support testing and resolve issues. * Follow all safety and compliance protocols, including PPE, CoHE, JHA, and Micron EHS
