Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Experience with SoC and system thermal measurement, Experience with thermal and power data analysis, Experience with development and/or selection of thermal control hardware, Proficiency in thermal simulation tools, Familiar with thermal validation equipment, Knowledge of heat conduction, heat convention and radiation, Knowledge of SoC power and thermal characteristics, Basic Knowledge of firmware operation
Nice to Have
Experience with design and development of high-volume consumer IoT products, Expertise in thermal design and validation for battery-powered devices, Background in mechanical design and integration with thermal management, Experience with CAD to design test fixtures and create drawings, Experience in developing automated functional testing strategies, Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment
