Imaging computers experience using PXE, Troubleshooting hardware & software issues (Windows & Mac OS), Troubleshooting Office applications, Troubleshooting network connection issues, CompTIA A Plus certification, CompTIA Network Plus certification, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), Experience in a Healthcare environment
