Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence, 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field

Team & Collaboration
Lead global cross-functional team; Drive alignment across engineering, supply chain, and customer experience teams; Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal development; Collaborate with product planning teams; Partner with cost and program teams; Collaborate with management and internal manufacturing and development partners; Provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members; Participate in cross-functional initiatives
