What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience, Master’s degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience, Professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering and test, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions, Experience with Earned Value Management Techniques (EVMS) / Control Account Management (CAM), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Cost-schedule-risk trade off management, Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions, within cost and schedule constraints, across the test phase or various phases of the engineering lifecycle, Active U. S. Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation), Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable period of time, Ability to obtain and maintain upgraded SAP/PAR
Nice to Have
Master’s or Ph. D. in Engineering or a related field, Active DoD Top Secret SCI clearance (with a background investigation within the past 5 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation), Current applicable Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, Prior people leadership experience of large teams (50+), Experience managing Test Engineering lifecycle, Experience managing Test Engineering laboratories to include data center style server rooms
What You'll Do.
Manage overall design
implementation of new lab capabilities
Manage operations and maintenance of existing lab assets
Lead diverse team of engineers and support roles
and technical performance of lab capital projects
Provide inputs to yearly capital plans
Provide inputs to long range strategic planning
and technical performance across multiple program SOWs
Ensure compliance to meet company
and security requirements
Drive technical rigor for lab configuration
Ensure lab assets meet test requirements for formal testing
Integrate lab asset planning into IFC integration plan
Coordinate lab issues and solutions with IPT
Improve lab integration & test engineering efficiency
Review Change Requests for Lab cost & schedule impacts
Support proposal activities
Manage program Risks & Opportunities
Lead implementation of test automation
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with EI&E director/department manager; Coordinate lab issues and solutions with the IPT and across IPTs; Work with product team
