What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, Experience interfacing with microcontrollers, Writing scripts for functional testing, Ability to architect, procure, assemble, and operate electromechanical automated test setups, Proficiency in Python or similar, Eligibility to work in the U. S.

Nice to Have

High voltage battery and power electronics experience, In-depth knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) architecture and implementation, Utility-scale energy storage systems experience, Experience developing hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test systems, 3+ years of experience in testing high voltage systems, preferably in power electronics or batteries

What You'll Do.

Conduct testing of functional systems

and validate HIL test systems

and document test scripts

Create and maintain automated test scripts

Develop test strategies

Analyze complex test data

Drive system enhancements

and resolve technical issues

Collaborate with engineering teams; Interface tightly with design, simulation and manufacturing engineering partners; Contribute to team skill enhancement; Participate in a culture of rapid prototyping and testing; Team spirit
