What You'll Achieve.
ensure seamless onboarding; process accuracy; long-term operational performance; Ensure processes align with service level agreements (SLAs), client expectations, and internal standards

analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; Identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies during onboarding and propose scalable solutions; resolve integration or process issues
3 days onsite Weekly, May involve client meetings and occasional travel
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field, Experience in process engineering, operations, logistics, fulfillment, or system implementations, understanding of warehouse and fulfillment operations, Experience gathering and translating business requirements into system and process solutions, analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with WMS, OMS, TMS, or ERP systems, Familiarity with client integrations, EDI, APIs, and data mapping, Experience in 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, or distribution environments, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience, Project management experience in client onboarding or implementations
What You'll Do.
Lead process design and implementation for new client integrations into fulfillment and logistics systems
Translate client requirements into operational workflows
system configurations
and standard operating procedures
Partner with IT and integration teams to support system mappings
Analyze and document end-to-end processes including order intake
and inefficiencies during onboarding and propose scalable solutions
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and post-launch stabilization
Develop and maintain process documentation
and training materials
Serve as a liaison between clients
and technical teams to resolve integration or process issues
Monitor operational performance post-integration and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure processes align with service level agreements (SLAs)
and internal standards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with clients, implementation teams, IT, and operations; Partner with IT and integration teams; Serve as a liaison between clients, operations, and technical teams; Regular collaboration with operations and technical teams; May involve client meetings
