**Job Title:** System Engineer Team Lead **Contract Type:** ****Time Type:**** Full time **Job Description:** The System Engineer Team Lead is part of IT Infrastructure team and reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager. This role is a senior technical leader responsible for overseeing the global systems infrastructure team. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of enterprise systems. The Team Lead will guide the team in delivering high-quality support, managing complex projects, and aligning infrastructure initiatives with business and IT strategy. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement * Allocate resources, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of infrastructure tasks and projects * Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and guide resolution efforts * Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of global systems infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, and messaging platforms * Drive standardization and automation of infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk * Ensure systems are managed in accordance with SLAs, security policies, and compliance requirements * Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments * Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production * Provide architectural input and strategic recommendations aligned with business goals and IT roadmaps * Oversee administration of Microsoft Exchange (O365 & On-prem), Active Directory, Intune, VMware, and related platforms * Ensure timely patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of systems in accordance with change management procedures * Maintain documentatio
