Full Job Description

We are looking for a Platform Expert / System Engineer to support and maintain a complex simulation infrastructure environment across multiple sites in Switzerland. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of both virtualized and physical infrastructures. Responsibilities * Understand and operate within the existing technical ecosystem (systems, tools, processes) * Collaborate with stakeholders on project requirements, backlog, and user stories * Provide hands-on support , including escalated incident resolution * Maintain and optimize virtual and physical server infrastructures * Ensure data security, system performance, and stability * Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management (recovery & repair) * Execute OS upgrades and performance tuning * Interact with internal users and technical teams ## Qualifications * Hands-on, autonomous, and team-oriented * Strong communication skills in English, Agile mindset * Solid experience in infrastructure management & monitoring * Expertise in VMware (v8/9) and datacenter environments (virtual & bare metal) * Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2022 / Windows 11 / RHEL 8–9 * Experience with Ansible automation , Jira , and Confluence ## Additional Information Why you should join? * A human-sized agency (150 people) close to its clients, offering large-scale, high-pr
