Must Have
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering with specialization in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Simulation, Good practical programming experience in Python and relevant libraries, Practical experience with container/Kubernetes/Docker environments and distributed systems (e.g., Ray), Fluent German and English skills, Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Nice to Have
Solid experience in simulation development / game engines with Python and/or C++ (or comparable), Good practical experience in software engineering (including creation of software architectures), Knowledge of key libraries such as Qt for GUI, Solid experience in agile technical leadership, Good knowledge of the Atlassian Toolstack (JIRA, Confluence), Several years of experience in leading studies/projects, especially in autonomous communication with all stakeholders, Solid experience in simulation-supported operational analysis of military scenarios

Wir entwickeln innovative Architekturen für zukünftige Systems of Systems und Produkte. Unser hauseigenes Simulationsframework ist ein Schlüssel für die Betriebsanalyse dieser Systeme, um sie zu optimieren und frühzeitige Designentscheidungen zu treffen. Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld, das eine enge Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, wie Kunden und Projektpartnern, erfordert. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Implementierung komplexer Simulationsarchitekturen im Rahmen Führender Verteidigungs-Programme und damit verbundener Studien.
