Requisition #: 1647 Job Title: System Engineer (MBSE) Location: Hybrid, St Louis, MO Clearance Level: Secret, Must Have Clearance to Start ## Job Description This position Applies a collaborative, interdisciplinary systems engineering approach to plan, design, develop, integrate, and verify complex systems and system-of-systems solutions throughout the lifecycle. Analyzes customer and operational requirements to define system performance, ensure compatibility across technical and program interfaces, and optimize overall system architecture. Conducts engineering analyses to support affordability, reliability, maintainability, safety, cybersecurity, certification, and mission assurance objectives. Leads requirements management, risk and issue management, technology readiness assessments, and systems engineering processes while resolving cross-functional technical challenges to ensure successful mission outcomes. Perform analysis to optimize total system and/or system architecture to solve complex mission planning problems. Apply interdisciplinary, collaborative approaches to plan, design, develop and verify system solutions. Define and coordinate system performance requirements and integrate technical parameters. Define high level functional and performance requirements and verification methods, subsequent analysis, decomposition, and derivation of requirements, allocation of those lower-level requirements
