Must Have
Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, Several years of experience in IT service management or as a Service Owner / Service Manager, Solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Azure Virtual Desktop, AWS End User Computing Services, Remote access & VPN technologies, Experience in managing external service providers and offshore teams, Understanding of ITIL processes as well as SLA/KPI management, Technical understanding of modern cloud and hybrid architectures, communication skills in international teams, Structured and independent working style, Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
What You'll Do.
Responsible for the “Remote Access / Virtual Workplace” service
coordination and quality control of external service provider
Monitoring and tracking of SLA
KPI and service performance
problem and escalation management in an international environment
Planning and further development of the technical roadmap in the areas of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
remote access solutions and cloud-based virtual desktop technologies
Evaluation and introduction of future-oriented technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
AWS WorkSpaces / AppStream and hybrid workplace architectures
Preparation and moderation of service reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners
Coordination with security
and capacity planning
