Join our team as an Infrastructure Automation Expert and play a key role in designing and delivering automation solutions that drive efficiency across the organization by replacing manual processes with automated self-service offerings. ## **YOUR CHALLENGE** * Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using vRealize (Aria) Automation and/or Crossplane to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency * Develop and maintain vRealize (Aria) Orchestrator workflows as well as develop Crossplane providers and functions using Golang and the Kubernetes Operator pattern * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical strategies * Provide technical leadership and expertise to the team, and contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to vRealize Automation and Orchestration, and provide recommendations for improvements * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, virtualisation, and automation, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our automation solutions * Participate in the development of technical documentation, including design documents, implementation guides, and operational procedures * Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organisational policies ##
