What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. Tech. /B. E. /M. Tech. /M. E. in Aerospace/Electronics & Communications/Mechanical or related engineering, Good understanding of at least one aircraft system, Good understanding of communication protocols – A429, MIL, AFDX, Ethernet, CAN and transmission modes, Knowledge on SAE ARP 4754 & 4761 Standards, Strong written and verbal communication in English with engineers, management and non-engineering support staff
Nice to Have
Knowledge in the development of one or more aircraft systems preferably on onboard maintenance systems, Hands-on experience with at least one scripting language, preferably Python and Java, Knowledge and understanding of various workflows in an end to end product development with a system/system-of-systems environment, Familiarity with the Agile/SAFe process, Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to solve problems creatively, Interest in Data Science, Knowledge on Google Suite, Knowledge on Jira, Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Regional), INCOSE certification on Systems Engineering
What You'll Do.
Responsible for the Built-In Test Equipment (BITE) function installed on several aircraft systems
Understand BITE and apply or support to apply on several aircraft systems
Work on queries from design offices and suppliers on BITE
Develop impeccable knowledge on the BITE concept and its implementation in several aircraft systems
Learn and understand different aircraft systems and the interfaces between them
Handle in-service queries from Airlines on failures and its troubleshooting
Identify collaboration opportunities with Skywise platform and with other design offices related to aircraft maintenance
Provide technical support to system engineers/designers from different system design offices and suppliers for correct implementation of BITE in their systems
Proof-reading of different system design and lab test specification documents
Proof-reading and support on BITE aspects of lab test reports from different design offices which include problem reports
Validation of modifications of BITE function of the existing system and following configuration management
Managing fault related maintenance data in in-house repository tools

Work with multiple stakeholders; Communicate with stakeholders - Design Offices of other systems, Suppliers and other stakeholders involved in the design process; Collaboration opportunities with Skywise platform and with other design offices related to aircraft maintenance; Technical support to system engineers/designers from different system design offices and suppliers
