What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 5 years' experience supporting and implementing in deployable or large enterprise environments of: Centralized storage systems based on FC, iSCSI, SAS or Hyper converged technology, Recent Virtualization Technologies based on VMWare ESXi and Virtual, Recent Microsoft Windows Server and Redhat Linux Operating, Expert Directory, Identity and Access Management consisting of multiple interconnected and federated Active Directory Domains and, Expert DNS resolution, server hardening, AD troubleshooting and GPO development, Microsoft Remote Desktop solutions, or related Application provisioning technology, High Availability Systems (i. e. Fail-over clustering, Database Availability Groups, stretched clusters, etc), Windows patching and anti-malware update systems, At least 3 years' active participation in a DevOps team, Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles, Knowledge of ITIL IT service management mode and applied knowledge of Service Transition, Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing technical manuals, Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance

What You'll Do.

Provide professional and technical contributions to the design

development and execution of DCIS engineering projects

Contribute and participate in a Development-Operations (DevOps) environment using concepts like continuous integration

continuous change management

deployment automation and system monitoring

Support junior staff with incident management

service request and problem management processes as the senior engineer and ultimate problem

Provide DCIS engineering support to technically plan and execute NATO approved exercises

either on-site or from remote

Documenting designs and implementations of assigned services as well as troubleshooting

participate and lead technical support teams in support of projects

Provide on the job training

in order to maintain highly skilled and trained technical support for the Service

Deputize for higher grade

Performs additional duties as may be required
