(Specify assembly equipment, establish process flow, estimate labor requirements, develop work instructions, design and implement error proofing, etc.). Prepare quote and other customer required submissions. * Establish production floor layouts that promote lean manufacturing concepts and effective usage of space. * Coordinate department responsibilities for launches of new programs. Provide leadership and audit the process for manufacturing effectiveness and quality. * Represent Nascote at assembly plants for problem evaluation or during launches. * Represent Nascote at vendor shops to validate machines prior to delivery. * Investigate process problems using the 8D or similar problem-solving methodologies. Lead teams to effective solutions. * Periodically re-evaluate assembly processes
