8+ years professional experience, Experience designing, implementing, administrating enterprise ArcGIS, System administration experience on Windows/Linux, Working knowledge of scripting/programming language, Familiarity with network concepts, Experience with at least one RDBMS, US citizenship, Active Top Secret Security Clearance, SCI eligibility, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or STEM

Nice to Have

Overview In this position, you will implement advanced ArcGIS deployments, analyze and solve technical problems, and optimize performance and organization. You will consult with end users on advanced enterprise deployment, architecture and integration topics. This team supports Defense and Intel clients. You will be part of a talented cross-functional team of dynamic and passionate engineers to deliver capabilities that enable our customers to make a difference in communities around the world. You will be part of a team that influences lasting contributions for communities with the web and mobile applications you create. The Professional Services division is the consulting and implementation arm of Esri. We break ground in new markets, push the technology envelope and ultimately deliver transformational solutions to high profile clients worldwide. The Professional Services organization is comprised of nearly 1,000 talented business and technical professionals who strive every day to help our users be successful. Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Vienna, VA area for this position. Responsibilities Deploy and configure ArcGIS in a wide variety of environments across operation systems, cloud providers, security architectures, customer types and organizations, to meet the customer's service level agreement Plan and execute the migration of content from one ArcGIS deployment to another, encompassing different architectures, deployment strategies and software components Troubleshoot advanced ArcGIS deployments, providing guidance for platform components such as storage, networking and security Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform Collaborate internally to help customer organizations align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology platform Requirements 8+ years of professional experience in a similar position suppor
