AWS Hardware Engineering is looking for a senior leader to deliver development, implementation, and reliability for our accelerated GPU offerings in AWS. In this role, you will lead your team to deliver novel hardware designs from inception, through manufacturing, implementation, maturation, and eventually deprecation. You will lead a team of skilled system development engineers, hardware engineers and technical program managers to manage ODMs and work with internal stakeholders. In addition to delivering hardware, your team will be responsible for deliver software tests and automation for both manufacturing and the datacenter. You will also drive tooling and telemetry improvements to enable fleet management and debug. In this role, you will define implementation strategy and report status frequently to senior leadership.
