Join Amazon's Process Automation and Campaign Excellence (PACE) team to build AI-powered automation solutions that bridge Salesforce and Amazon Advertising systems, orchestrating the deployment and management of some of Amazon's largest advertising campaigns. You'll develop intelligent workflows using modern AI techniques to transform how our advertising operations teams execute high-value campaigns, reducing manual effort while ensuring accurate, on-time delivery that exceeds advertiser expectations. Key job responsibilities • Design and develop AI-powered automation solutions that bridge Salesforce and Amazon Advertising systems, focusing on campaign trafficking, workflow orchestration, and operational excellence improvements. • Build scalable technology solutions using modern software engineering practices, including APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure to support high-volume advertising operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverable systems. • Apply operational excellence principles by developing monitoring, alerting, and automated testing frameworks that ensure system reliability and performance at scale. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions. • Contribute to AI/LLM automation initiatives by developing autonomous processing capabilities for campaign management and integrating Generative AI models into production workflows. • Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing while maintaining Amazon's high engineering standards and accessibility requirements.
