Full Job Description

Objective of job: Lead and drive the design, development, and optimization of the vehicle’s Electrical/Electronic Architecture (EEA), ensuring that the architecture meets the requirements for vehicle intelligence, integration, and efficient development.  To stay abreast of industry technology trends, promote software-hardware decoupling, increase integration, optimize costs, and improve development efficiency, supporting the company’s leadership in intelligent connected vehicles.  To provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, collaborate with other departments and external partners, and contribute to the company’s overall EEA strategy and competitiveness in the market.     Task description:     Responsible for EEA architecture design, technical roadmap planning, and implementation. In cooperation with the responsible teams and suppliers to design and optimize the Cross Domain System components in the vehicle, verify the development result on technical level; Evaluate and manage the technical function release of Sys block diagram and requirements, Organize and promote software-hardware decoupling, increase integration, and optimize ECU quantity and wiring layout. Organize technical reviews, requirements analysis, function definition, and development planning for EEA projects. Manage part projects from design-freeze to part release with handover to series production for making sure to provide the parts on time and fulfill the function as required; Conduct and manage all technical Changes from RD China for Parts and organize the handover to BBAC Product engineering and local suppliers; Coordinate with suppliers and partners to develop and validate key technical solutions, Track project progress, identify and resolve technical challenges during development.
