Must Have
Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices architecture, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Hands-on expertise architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP, serverless computing, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL), NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra), Proven track record of designing secure systems, identity management (OAuth/OIDC), data encryption, network security layers, Advanced English proficiency
Nice to Have

As a System Architect, you will be the technical visionary responsible for designing, defining, and governing the high-level structure of our enterprise software ecosystems. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, making high-stakes decisions regarding frameworks, platforms, and infrastructural patterns. Your expertise will be vital as you steer engineering teams toward scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures, managing technical debt while driving modern innovation. Responsibilities: - Architectural Blueprinting: Define and maintain the overarching architectural vision, designing blueprints for scalable, distributed, and highly available systems. - Technical Governance: Establish technical standards, coding guidelines, and architectural guardrails, ensuring compliance across multiple engineering squads. - Technology Evaluation: Lead the evaluation, prototyping, and selection of modern tools, platforms, and frameworks (such as choosing between monolithic vs. microservices, or specific database technologies). - Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product Managers, Security Officers, and Engineering Leads to translate complex business strategies into viable, future-proof technical roadmaps. - Risk & Performance Management: Conduct architectural reviews and root cause analyses on system bottlenecks to optimize for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency. - Mentorship & Advocacy: Champion engineering excellence by mentoring Tech Leads and Senior Developers, fostering a proactive and autonomous engineering culture.
