## Accountabilities Oversee the performance, functionality, integration, and enhancement of a complex database system, ensuring alignment with operational and program requirements. Manage system improvement initiatives, including enhancement tracking, modification planning, and execution of updates to improve usability and performance. Conduct system audits and performance assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary liaison between users, program staff, engineers, and external agencies to translate business needs into technical requirements. Monitor system issues, user feedback, and operational metrics, providing recommendations for optimization and future enhancements. Support data governance activities, including management of data sharing processes, FOIA-related requests, and database import/export functions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability, reliability, and continuous improvement across all functional areas. Contribute to quality assurance processes, ensuring system functionality meets forensic, compliance, and operational standards. Requirements Master’s degree in Criminal Justice, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical or analytical field. 5+ years of experience in database management, system administration, or IT project management, ideally within public safety, forensic, or government environments. 4+ years of experience in functional and performance testing of database or enterprise systems. Strong understanding of data governance, system compliance, and information security principles. Knowledge of ISO standards, forensic quality assurance protocols, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Experience conducting system audits, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with attention to detail. Ability to train, guide, and support users on system process
