**Shift Schedule and Work Setup:** Dayshift, Fully Onsite (Schedule: 8AM - 5PM / 9AM - 6PM) **Qualifications:** * At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with exposure to system integrations within large-scale financial services programs. * Demonstrated expertise in core banking and deposits integrations, including Current Account and Savings Account and Time Deposit systems. * Proficient in hands-on system-to-system integrations utilizing APIs, batch/file transfers, and event-driven architectures. * Played a key role from start to finish in at least 3 successful projects. * Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders is highly desirable. **Knowledge Area:** * Gain a deep understanding of the key processes, innovative products, and seamless integration patterns that drive the financial services industry. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Delve into business requirements to pinpoint essential functional integration needs across multiple systems. * Spot gaps and collaborate closely with stakeholders and teams to harmonize integration design. * Perform fit-gap analysis while effectively addressing critical non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and resiliency. * Drive engaging design workshops, maintain requirement baselines, and evaluate the impact of proposed changes. * Strategically plan and carry out comprehensive system integration testing, from crafting test cases to thorough validation. * Oversee test execution, meticulously document results, report defects, and work collaboratively to implement effective solutions. * Guarantee that integration deliverables support seamless operational readiness, proactive monitoring, and robust support processes. **Skills:** * Transform business needs into precise and actionable functional integration specifications. * Skillfully assess impacts and dependencies across multiple systems to ensure seamless integration. * Engage in clear and effective communication wi
