**Shift Schedule and Work Setup:** Dayshift, Fully Onsite (Schedule: 8AM - 5PM / 9AM - 6PM) **Qualifications:** * At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role * Hands-on experience with large-scale banking or financial services programs * Demonstrated success in delivering core banking or deposits-focused projects, including Current Account and Savings Account and/or Time Deposit products * Active involvement in a minimum of 3 full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to deployment * Strong preference for candidates with experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders **Knowledge Area:** * Deep understanding of advanced financial services processes, products, and operations * Expertise in core banking systems, particularly with deposits like CASA and Time Deposits * Proficiency in system integration patterns within dynamic financial services settings * Insight into both functional and non-functional requirements of enterprise systems * Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Translate business requirements into clear specifications, addressing functional and non-functional needs. * Identify gaps, engage with users for clarification, and align product features with requirements. * Perform fit-gap analysis, propose solutions, and contribute to product evaluations. * Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment between operational support and business goals. * Create and oversee comprehensive test plans, cases, and data; support functional and system testing. * Report defects, track resolutions, conduct troubleshooting, and maintain quality and compliance. * Administer testing processes per IT policies, keep documentation updated, and provide testing support throughout the project. **Skills:** * Clearly express both business and technical requirements with confidence * Transform requirements into effective, test-ready sc
