Full Job Description
**Shift Schedule and Work Setup:** Dayshift, Fully Onsite (Schedule: 8AM - 5PM / 9AM - 6PM) **Qualifications:** * At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with exposure to large-scale financial services programs. * Proven experience in supporting the build, implementation, and delivery of core banking or deposits systems (Current Account, Savings Account, Time Deposit). * Involved end-to-end in at least 3 projects, from requirements to deployment. * Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects is a plus. * Worked closely with development and platform teams during build and deployment. * Supported SIT, UAT, defect triage, and production readiness activities. **Knowledge Area:** * Understand the high-level processes and products in financial services. * Core banking product/platform capabilities * System configuration and solution build lifecycle * Functional solution design and implementation concepts * Release and deployment processes * Testing and defect management lifecycle **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Translate business requirements into clear specifications, addressing functional and non-functional needs. * Identify gaps, engage with users for clarification, and align product features with requirements. * Perform fit-gap analysis, propose solutions, and contribute to product evaluations. * Manage requirement changes and ensure alignment between operational support and business goals. * Create and oversee comprehensive test plans, cases, and data; support functional and system testing. * Report defects, track resolutions, conduct troubleshooting, and maintain quality and compliance. * Administer testing processes per IT policies, keep documentation updated, and provide testing support throughout the project. **Skills:** * Outstanding communication and documentation skills for capturing business, functional, and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision * Proven ability to transform requirements into detailed, build-
