What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 - 2 years of experience in an analytics or systems support role working with enterprise applications, 1 - 2 years of experience in healthcare developing understanding of value-based care data and systems, Ability to support system configuration and reporting tasks with guidance, Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Proficiency in translating business objective to application use to understand utilization impact, Ability to utilize SQL, Excel, and other data management platforms to analyze, present, and provide actionable insights
Nice to Have
Certifications or proven course work in Population Health based applications, Certifications or proven course work in Salesforce/CRM/ERP based solutions, Certifications or proven course work in SQL Report building/Analytics, Certifications or proven course work in analytical and problem-solving abilities
What You'll Do.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Execute system configurations
Build reports using SaaS tools
Triage issues for vendor resolution
Participate in QA and UAT testing
Gather and translate business requirements
Maintain clear documentation
Provide timely status updates

Execute configuration changes
Build reporting solutions

Troubleshoot issues using application knowledge
