**Job Description:** * Perform system analysis and requirement clarification for Java-based applications. * Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. * Participate in system design, development, and enhancement activities. * Hands-on coding and troubleshooting using Java, with experience in JAVA and PL/SQL. * Support application maintenance, issue analysis, and root cause investigation. * Collaborate with developers, QA, and business users to ensure system quality and timely delivery. * Assist in production support and system stability improvement. * Experience with transaction message processing, batch jobs, or integration with external systems is a plus. * Experience with message-based systems or transaction messages (e.g. financial or integration messages). * Experience in financial, banking, or enterprise systems. * Familiarity with legacy systems or system modernization projects.
