YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER SysAdmins Manager in the Product team. As part of Hostinger's Product team, you'll lead the SysAdmin Indonesian team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role — you'll still operate, debug, and ship alongside your engineers (~half your time stays technical), while your other half is spent safeguarding your team's health, hiring world-class people, and putting them in the best position to succeed. Your team runs monitoring shift rotations; you lead and coordinate that coverage but are not personally on a rotating shift or on-call. You'll own the delivery of product commitments and always look to improve productivity. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Lithuanian and Brazilian SysAdmin teams, developers, engineers, and product managers. Curious to learn more?
