3+ years of IT Systems Administration experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Intune family products like WSUS, SCCM, Orchestrator, etc., Prior experience of an Endpoint Protection solution, Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python, Understanding of authentication technologies such as Active Directory, Entra, LDAP, SAML, and DUO, A solid grasp of Core IT knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, DNS, OSI Layers), Fluent English and high oral and written communication skills, Ability to plan work out in advance, scheduling approval for changes with proper communication, attention to detail while working on large scale complex tasks, Be able to judge priorities and adjust their work accordingly, Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
