What You'll Achieve.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years hands-on technical experience in troubleshooting network and hardware issues, Application support experience with MS Windows / Linux server and desktop environments, Virtualization Server setup and administration, Willing to work in on-call shifts, Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations, Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications (e. g. , Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, Fortinet, CompTIA and Cloud certifications) are an asset.
What You'll Do.
maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure
ensuring the reliability
and performance of our systems
Support large environments of Windows & Linux servers and technologies: troubleshooting
daily operation and optimization.
Support cloud workloads in IBM Cloud
including resource provisioning and cost monitoring.
Test and monitor network and server performance and provide performance statistics and develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure.
Assist in vulnerability assessments
and remediation efforts in line with company security policy.
Responsible for resolving all infrastructure break/fix issues and enhancements in a timely manner.
Liaise with third-party partners/vendors for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation.
Responsible for software licensing compliance
