You will own the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of three core platform ecosystems — helping our teams get the most out of the tools they rely on every day._ _This is a role for a systems thinker who is energized by solving real business problems, building strong relationships with internal partners, and translating complex needs into practical, well-configured solutions._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Serve as system administrator for Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), Planview Enterprise, Project place and Smartsheet, ensuring platforms are stable, secure, and performing at their best._ * _Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and configure solutions — new processes, workgroups, and workflows — across our cloud platforms._ * _Troubleshoot issues and investigate system behaviors, delivering timely resolutions that keep our stakeholders productive._ * _Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate releases to production for platform changes and enhancements._ * _Design analytics and report solutions that surface meaningful insights from platform data to support decision-making._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:**
