Must Have
Professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies, Experience in Linux, Bash and network related services, Knowledge of physical and virtual networks, routing and firewalls, Knowledge in infrastructure automation, High level of customer focus, Linux and HW/SW overview (Basic), IT Asset Management, Network - Security Management and Operations, Storage & Backup Operations, Troubleshooting Network Problems, Customer Focus, Software Installation and Support, Infrastructure Platforms for IoT and Cloud, Working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements
Nice to Have
Knowledge of agile development processes is a plus
What You'll Do.
Solve complex problems in the daily operation of a hyper-scaler's cloud backend
Install and configure software and hardware
Manage network devices
Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
Ensure security through access controls
backups and firewalls
Consistently automate with common automation frameworks
Operate and enhance our T-Cloud Public platform in a customer-oriented manner
