5 years of experience administering Windows Server environments, 5 years of experience with Active Directory administration, 5 years of operating system troubleshooting experience, 3 years of experience managing Group Policy, 3 years DNS and DHCP administration experience, 3 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience, 3 years of server patch management and system maintenance experience, 3 years of experience with system monitoring and alert response, 3 years of experience administering backup and recovery solutions, 3 years of experience with virtualization technologies including VMware and/or Hyper-V, 3 years of experience using ticket and work management systems, 3 years of experience with communication, collaboration, and operational prioritization within IT operations environments, 3 years of experience working in structured, process-oriented operational environments, 3 years of experience working in team-based IT operations, 2 years of experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) administration, 2 years of experience administering file and print services, 2 years PowerShell scripting experience, 2 years of experience participating in change management processes, 2 years incident response support experience, 2 years of experience participating in root cause analysis activities, 2 years documentation maintenance experience, 2 years maintenance window execution experience, 2 years MFA administration and support experience, 2 years of experience with system hardening practices, 2 years vulnerability remediation execution experience, 2 years access control management experience, 2 years of experience adhering to security policies and governance standards, 2 years of exposure to NIST or similar security frameworks, Must be able to interview onsite and work onsite in Richmond, Virginia, Must physically reside within the United States for the duration of the assignment, Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
