Drives technical innovation through advanced Salesforce system configurations and custom development solutions, ensuring robust data integrity and security compliance across the organization. The administrator provides technical leadership in designing scalable solutions that integrate Salesforce capabilities with Amazon's internal systems and AWS technology. Lead cross-functional initiatives to transform business processes and drive operational efficiency. Develop technical frameworks and best practices for the organization. Serve as subject matter expert for Pardot and Experience Cloud, overseeing automation, customer portal enhancements, and dynamic campaign design.
